Short video that will explaine the question "What is Hemp Seed?"

Hemp seeds come from the same hemp plant renowned for its durable fiber. The seeds of the plant are edible (known as hemp seeds, or hemp nuts) and are used in a growing number of products today.

Hemp seeds are available in many different forms. Hemp Seeds are sterilized, toasted, roasted and milled. Hemp seeds can be pressed into oil or hulled into meal. Hemp Seeds have a wonderful nutty flavor that goes well with all meals and snacks.

Hemp seed food products are considered more allergy-free than most seeds available. Hemp seeds contain the perfect balance of essential amino acids for sustaining good health. In addition, hemp seed oil contains necessary fatty acids, also known as good fats. Not only can hemp seeds provide valuable nutritional benefits to people, but they can also be used in pet foods.

Hemp thrives nearly anywhere, tolerating a variety of growing conditions. It’s rarely affected by pests or disease, making hemp quite hardy.
