Jill Hanner from http://jillhanner.com shows us how to make healthy pancakes using hippie butter hulled hemp seeds, almond coconut milk and protein powder.
2 egg whites
1/2 almond coconut milk (or whatever you like)
1 scoop Vanilla NeoSport Cell Protein
2 tbls Almond Meal
1 tbls Coconut Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tbls, chia, hemp seeds from hippie butter and flax seed
Mix and treat like a reg pancake, add whatever you like!
