Shipping & Returns



  • All our products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the US

  • Most orders will ship within 24 business hours and are sent out via the United States Postal Service.

  • Your order will be assigned a tracking number and it can be tracked via the USPS website at You will be emailed a confirmation that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.  You can also log into your account to view the tracking number
  • Orders placed after 9 am central time will be shipped the following day. We ship orders Monday through Saturday excluding holidays.  Orders placed late Saturday and Sunday will be shipped Monday.
  • We no longer ship to Canada.

*Overnight orders need to be placed prior to 9 am central time to be shipped the same day. If you place your order later than this time or on Friday or will be shipped on Monday. Also, the USPS does not guarantee next day delivery to some locations.


All orders over $50 will be eligible for Free Shipping if shipped within the US.


All orders over $35 will be eligible for a Free Hippie Butter Gift.


We have the best quality hemp seed products and the most amazing customer service and want you to be 100% satisfied and successful with our hemp seed products. We stand behind our products and are here to support you on your new path to healthy living. If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. If your shipment is damaged by the USPS, please file a claim with your local office. Then give us a call so we can send you any parts that were damaged.


For hemp seed products that just don’t seem to taste or work the way they should or are defective, we will gladly replace them free of charge or offer you a store credit. But what is considered defective? If you think your hemp seed products are not tasting or working the way they should, please call our Customer Service Hippies to help troubleshoot the issue that you are having and help you decide if it is defective. 972.354.4504


Any unopened or unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu
Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by our Customer Service Hippies. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
