The new year is in full swing, which means that many of us are working on our new year’s resolutions. However, the ones surrounding weight loss are tricky to manage. There is more bad advice out there about diet than “Star Wars” spoilers. ‘Don’t eat fat!’ people warn. That old tip ironically has been making people fat for decades, by pushing a diet high in refined carbohydrates and sugar. The recent research shows that if we want to lose fat, we have to eat fat. Decreasing Inflammation

Anyone who has even heard of the term “wheat belly” knows that inflammation can be the worst enemy of anyone who wants to lose weight or improve their health in general. The biggest known causes of digestive inflammation are grains, wheat in particular, and dairy products. Ever felt the bloat after a big meal with lots of bread and cheese?
