Everybody is always talking about the latest cleanse. Juice cleanses are particularly popular. The trouble, of course, is that it’s hard to get enough bulk when we only drink produce for days on end. 

Sure, people lose some weight and maybe even get some energy. What are juice cleanses missing? Fiber. It’s what we get in hulled hemp seeds, which make us feel better and lose weight at the same time.
