Hemp Seed Protein Shake With Only 3 Ingredients

I'm Brad the Chief Hemp Officer of Hippie Butter and I'm going to show you how to make a super protein shake with only three ingredients.

I'm using one package of Chocolate Carnation Breakfast Essentials, it comes in many different flavors. I'm using one sample pack of Hippie Butter Hemp Seed Protein Powder and I'm using one cup milk for a total of 21 grams of protein.

Add a second sample pack of Hemp Seed Protein Powder for a total of 4 tablespoons and you'll have a shake that has 29 grams of protein. With only three ingredients and a couple minutes with stirring, I was able to make this high protein shake that taste great and has the flavor of Hemp Seeds. Enjoy!
