These are just another GREAT product that I've purchased from hippie butter. One way that I easy these is in salad. I like the healthy crunch that they provide.

I don't know what was more fun, the teeny little pops in my mouth as I munched on my first spoonful, or the reaction of colleagues when I poured the bag out into a bowl on my desk and offered to share....
Toasted Hemp Seeds are amazing. They are chock full of good fats and Omega oils, Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Protein.... they're fun to eat and for an afternoon boost, they're a Paleo friendly snack. I'll hope never to be without them!

I put the hemp seeds in salads and in yogurt. They actually taste good. I like the nutty taste.
