Awesome Hemp Flour!

I highly recommend this hemp flour. I bought it to add a complete protein and fiber to my baked goods as well as a multitude of other minerals and nutrients. It has a delicious, nutty flavor and mixes well. This hemp flour has a great texture. I make muffins and bread with and without yeast. I like to add an extra egg or applesauce to mine! Know that this flour is packed with healthy fiber so it does make baked goods more dense. I used 1 part hemp flour to three parts other flour (whole wheat or brown rice or anything). So good!!!

I subbed this flour for quinoa flour in waffles and in veggie pulp muffins, and it's a perfect substitute!
I think it made the waffles taste better too. Highly recommend this as it has 4x the protein as quinoa flour does.
Baking alternative to protein powder

I tried hemp seed flour in place of [another brand] hemp protein powder. My current application is a relatively hard hemp based dog cookie treat. The lower moisture in the flour yields a drier biscuit, with lower edge deformation and crumbling, than the protein powder. I'm now buying this product by the case.
Great addition to seitan

This was my first time trying the hemp seed flour and I really like it. I put some into my home made seitan. I usually just use soy flour. But, with a little of the soy and hemp seed flours, the seitan came out with a nice falafel like flavor. Very tasty. I'll definitely try adding it to other things now as well (muffins, etc.) Thanks!
Great Gluten Free alternative

I have food allergies that go beyond a celiac diet. Im allergic to the rice in the flour that most gluten free recipes use so this product has been a life saver for someone that hasnt had breadin years.

I substituted 2 T. hemp flour for coconut flour in my crepes. They are perfect for wraps or spread with hemp butter and hemp cocoa butter.

Love this healthy flour alternative for baking. Mixed it with walnuts, cranberries, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Will have to try hemp seeds next time! Doesn't seem to spike blood sugar as much as wheat flour.
